I'll be blunt.The Pill has once again fucked me up.
I have skipped my periods on and off since I started and now, I believe, it has caused the recurrence of my migraines. I'm going to stop taking it for a month. Problem is that there are too many variables for me to consider...but this is a major one. There are others: stress, emotional denial, sleep deprivations, caffeine withdrawal, too much sugar, general not taking care of myself. But throughout all of this, I can't hide from the fact that my first migraine in 2 years was at the end of my first cycle of Loestrin. I think that the elevated estrogen level has magnified everything: anything I might possibly ever have a migraine over gives me a migraine and I don't like being drugged up all the time.
In this month, I'm going to research other options, one major one being the patch because it is more localized (directly over the uterus) and doesn't effect other parts of the body as much.
Now watch: Greg will now fall in love with me and I'll start wanting to sleep with him. Good thing I became a condom whore when I did or else I'd be in trouble right now.
So welcome to the world of Sally's estrogen withdrawal.
