Yay for pics, though :)Secondly, tonight is the big John Mayer show that I had forgotten all about (yes, that is possible for me) for the last three weeks up until this weekend. I get to happily truck my ass all the way up to Albany this afternoon, get adjusted at the chiro and then meet up with Lydia.
Also, I'm stopping at Albany Med tomorrow before I go home because I need to get in touch with the character in my novel. The chapter I'm currently stuck in occurs at this very hospital and I need details. For some reason, I feel being there will be helpful in detailing what he can do at the location giving the circumstances of the novel.
Well, for now I'm going to do some yoga before I shower and get the hell out of here for the concert. It's a two hour drive and I've had no coffee as of yet. Yoga is essential
